Wildlife and stream over cheap flung up houses and extra traffic they bring

I was born on lady ann Rd and have lived on there all my life even choosing to live a few doors from my parents I would love my baby daughter to grow up with the field opposite with all the wildlife as I did.it would be a tragedy if houses were built and another benny parr close appear it would spoil this little haven.the schools are overcrowded and the traffic is horrendous in this area as it is.

The traffic getting onto soothill lane will be manic even more so than it is now, the wildlife will be dramatically affected ie the great crested newts, water voles, etc

I have lived on lady ann Rd over 30 years and loved living here looking out onto the field and stream watching the wildlife.the traffic as trebled in those years both on lady ann and soothill lane parking especially on lady ann as caused problems.my home as serious subsidence and so as 92 so bad that my neighbour sued her mortgage lender and they ended up paying her mortgage and a huge compensation settlement.

I object to this planning as it's going to cause damage to wildlife and cause major traffic congestion

Because of all the flooding that takes place this area should not be built on and be left to the wild life that calls it home.
