I strongly oppose. As a resident at 3305 8th Street, the parking is already limited due to Dance Place business traffic and commuters to the Brooklyn’s Metro station.

People rely on this parking for their everyday lives and it is an essential part for access to the community and neighborhood

Please do no take away parking spaces. It is hard enough to find parking already. Have you thought of adding 90 spaces instead?

Taking this parking away hurts small businesses and families in the area. It forces everyone to park further away and puts women and children in danger.

Please DDOT DO NOT do this!! We need to preserve parking in our neighborhood! It is already hard as it is!

I staunchly oppose this proposal. There are several schools on this corridor, and a huge new residential complex. This will reduce parking, and do some more delays with morning drop off and pick up, and cause major traffic headaches on 8th Street. I can't even imagine how difficult it will be to get out of a garage should this proposal be enacted!

We demand a plan that supports the needs of the neighborhood, and does not ignore peak traffic hours during school drop-off and pick up. Additionally, eliminating 90+ parking spaces would have a negative impact on Mess Hall and our 50+ businesses. We are zoned for manufacturing and any new traffic plans should support the City Plan with its designated zoning/land use. Let's find a better way to accommodate cyclists; one that is not detrimental to our community.

I assign at 2904 8th Street N E. Being resident at side address I disagree with DDOT making charging with the street parking. For would be a big inconvenience to me and the other residents.
