We the People petition the US Congress to require President Obama to return the Nobel Peace Prize with monies to the Nobel committee. Per Article I Section 9 of the US consititution "no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state." The Nobel Peace prize given to this sitting President is an attempt to influence the direction of the United States of America and must be resisted. The awarding of this prize amounts to no more than a bribe.
