The community needs this green space, park, forest, and valuable asset to the community. I realize that developers want to build because people want to live in this area, but the reason people want to live here is because of the beautiful landscapes and untouched wild areas. If you take that away, there is no reason to move here or stay here. Residents, visitors, and local academic institutions will all enjoy this area for recreational and educational experiences. Preserve this 660 acre tract so people can visit and enjoy this beautiful natural asset.

I support this project and think it will be good for the community at large.

We do not need a subdivision in this beautiful area. It will be devastating. In this economy, it will wind up in bankruptcy most likely!

This is very much needed in our community--it will provide a place close to town to get away into nature, a place that is more expansive than the Greenway, but not so remote as South Moutain State Park or Linville Gorge. We need this natural environment to be conserved!
