I grew up in Coupeville and oak harbor, I lived on whidbey most of my life and let me tell you that it is kind of hard to find fun and constructive activities for kids to do. (Who knows , maybe something like this will help with the drug and alcohol problems that the kids are dealing with these days)

This is the best possible addition to the city of Oak Harbor. It checks all the boxes of economic development, its also such a huge moral booster.

We had one of these splash parks in Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I t was a hit and a great time for ours kids and interactions with others kids.

When we were stationed in So Cal our base had one, loved it! It did save on water over all

We need more activities on the island for children. This will keep families on the island during nice weather and more shopping locally.
