The OACIQ thought they could railroad us with this garbage exam and nobody would notice. This surge of support proves they are dead wrong and people are finally fed up with their blatant disregard for potential licensees.

I find this organization weird and only cares about charging a crazy amount of money for examination. If you fail the exam to retake the exam you still have to paid again close to $800.00 which I find abusive. Yes they want good brokers but we all know they are very Little brokers that follow the rules, they even lie when they describe a Property. Why people have to paid 800$ to obtain a licence when they succed their training? Well if the price was 200$ it is fine but 800$ I find it abusive!
It's impossible to understand why 50% of people fail. There is no other educational institution that does that!!
ENOUGH. The fees are way too high for an exam that is clearly rigged against us. Someone needs to look at what they are doing over there.
Total scam. They just want the money for the retakes and make it impossible to pass the first time around. Ridiculous.

Please investigate this place, most of the people that goes there to present the exam fail.
