Why:
We need Atman dust because all players need a path to building an Atman Fragment. Seasoned players could lose a roll to an unseasoned player. While fair, it's perceived to be unethical. If all players got Atman dust, they could at least craft it using tabs to farm it over a long period of time even if rolling proves to be excessively unlucky. We feel that there is more incentive to buying tabs to build Atman Fragments from this dust than to buying tabs just for killing bosses for extremely rare drops.
Currently most teams have at least 2-3 people who need frags. So in the rare case that one does drop you will most likely lose the roll on it. Imagine the time it would take to farm frags if you have 2-4 characters.
How:
1 dust will drop from CSL, IDL, BNL, and SRL last bosses. Once a player has 99 they can turn it in for a Ataman Frag.

Yes please. Soon L80 cap and so many players do not have legendary. Especially on android, atmans are almost non-existent...
I agree. My Mage has both Pendys and one fragment. It would be nice to not have to take forever and a day to get both legendary weapons.
I'm a paying customer and I believe that with Atman dust not only will you receive more money from people buying tabs, but it will make more people want to play the game due to the fact they know they now can have a chance to get an Atman rather than just that low chance of 1 after 100 runs , keep in mind thats only if we win the roll.
As the petition states the drops for atmans is extremely low. Players of order and chaos would be far more likely to spend more time and money on tablets if they felt it was worth something. For the professional players who only do the dungeons for atmans this would surely allow them to be much more willing to buy tabs and comtinue playing the game.
500 runs for 1 Atman and everyone gonna roll. How in hell its good. By the end of 4 years 10% people will finish.

I agree with that and would really like if it this idea will be released. But isn't 99 too much? I think that 50 dust for 1 fragment is enough. Thx.
