In the name of Allah, Most Merciful Always Most Merciful

This is a letter from the Muslim Ummah in Glasgow to Mr Nawaz Sharif and Mr Raheel Sharif of Pakistan.

Late night, Tuesday 15 July, Nawaz Sharif condemned the Jewish State's atrocities against Muslims in Gaza as genocide and asked the world to stop the Jewish State's brutal aggression.

We, the Muslim Ummah in Glasgow say to Nawaz Sharif that before asking the world to move, he must first answer as to what he has done to liberate Palestine, as a Muslim ruler who commands the world’s seventh largest armed forces, equipped with nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles!

Has he not read the command of Allah, وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ “If they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them”(Surah Al-Anfal 8:72)?

So why has the Raheel-Nawaz regime not extended any military force to help the Muslims of Palestine and liberate them from the Jewish State's aggression and occupation?

How can Nawaz Sharif, on the one hand, complain that the silence and ineffectiveness of Muslim Ummah has made Palestinians more vulnerable and made Jews more aggressive, whilst on the other hand, as the ruler of the most powerful Muslim state, refuses to order the armed forces to mobilize?

Indeed, Muslims are not silent!

The Muslims of Palestine continuously call the rulers of Muslims for help and Muslims all over the world are demanding that these rulers send the Muslim armed forces to liberate them.

So, O Raheel-Nawaz regime, the Muslim Ummah is not silent, rather it is you, along with all other Muslim rulers, whose hearts have turned to stone, such that the cries and screams of your fellow Muslims, sisters, mothers and children, have no real effect!

You can not fool this Ummah by claiming that you have fulfilled your responsibility, through asking the world to stop the Jewish State's aggression. Muslims all over the world know that the current rulers send troops under UN flag to any corner of the world upon Washington's command, but when they are asked to liberate Muslims from the oppression of the Kuffar, they cling to the earth, paralyzed.

Allah (swt) said, يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ “O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad) you cling heavily to the earth?”(Surah Al-Taubah 9:38).

We the Muslim Ummah in Glasgow demand that you fulfil your obligation to your Lord, Allah (swt) and send forth your soldiers and army to liberate your Muslim brothers and Sisters in Gaza and throughout the Muslim World.

“By the One in Whose hand is my soul, you must certainly command the good and forbid evil, or else a punishment from Him would soon be sent upon you, after which you would call upon Him yet your supplication (dua) would not be answered.” [Tirmidhi]
