The NZIV AGM has recently passed several remits that are fundamental to how the organisation may be formed and operate in the future after the Valuers Act review. The current NZIV President did not support these remits and made public stand against them to all members. A number of Councillors also did not support the remits when they were put to the vote at a a Council meeting.
