They should truly work with staff during this time . People are only calling out by no choice due to childcare , school closures they are also not flexible with letting staff who are able to rotate working from home . This caused a lot of call outs . If it’s about coming together check with staff and get their opinions on workable solutions but then again you can make great suggestions and still be unheard .
