Just crazy....if you have a doctor's note and you're out with bronchitis, guess what? Under current guidelines, an occurence. It was probably an occurrence if you called up and said I have COVID!!!

We need a better sick policy in effect so that we can take care of ourselves and our families. Coming to work sick in fear of losing your job is not healthy for us, our co-workers or our patients.

We risk our lives through the pandemic and continue to work short of staff on these units. This is not the way to treat your employees.
