The feedback from many of you has highlighted how much the team values consistency and mentorship during this developmental stage. I am currently working to open a formal dialogue with the league leadership to discuss the path forward for our children.

Seeing this groundswell of support for Coach Hendershot reminds me that our community truly values the stability he provides for our children. It is clear that we are all unified in the belief that he is the right person to lead this team through the remainder of the season.

Great coach. Never had a problem, always polite. Great influence on young athletes, does his best. If he is not reinstated, this will be the last year we play. As much as we want to play at this location, we will find another league.
Coach Hendershot has been nothing but supportive and encouraging of our boys as well as other players from opposing teams. I have been to most games and he is polite to the refs and accepting of their ruling whether he agreed with it or not. Please let Coach H finish out the season and continue on next year as well.
He is one of the best coaches I have seen and a great influence to the young athletes It's a shame that some parents can ruin this for their own personal egos
It is such a shame that adults have to be petty when it comes to kids baseball. The NYSA board of all people should understand that parents take a recreational sport so seriously. They don't even follow their own rules to begin with. Need I remind of the lack of action taken in incidents where parents have stormed the field to yell at a coach on multiple occasions? Or are they more worried about the money parents spend for their kids to play? They don't even recognize or reward the hard work many coaches put in, during their free time, to take care of the fields before games and when there are no games at all. It seems that our ball fields are the only ones that are taken care of by volunteers unlike other recent centers.
Very fair coach and I like his coaching style. Wish he was our coach this season.

Coach Shaun is by far one of the best coaches that my son has had! He is dedicated to all his teams. He motivates all and brings such a positive vibe to the ball field. He explains everything he teaches And is behind all of these athletes 100%.
