Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

It’s so stupid at 18 I can go kill my self for this country but yet can’t buy cigs until I’m 21 I’m 20 now and have been buying hem since I was 18 this is stupid ny state

If they are old enough to fight for our country then they should have the right to make their own choice.

There should be a grandfather's law for this.

I just turned 20, I feel they should grandfather us all In.

Being 20 years old and finding it easier to obtain alcohol then it is for me to buy a pack of smokes it’s pushing my patience level. People are always going to find a way to get things they aren’t supposed to have. Lemme get my fix of nicotine before I have to run for governor myself. This is out of control let’s focus on the real issues here. Like how my taxes are through the roof just to pay for this slump city that can’t provide for itself when I live 6hr upstate. I’ll say it again, let me get my friggin smokes

I'm military and feel it's not right I cant defend the nation but cant pack a lip of grizzly wintergreen its unfair.

I didn’t turn 18 2 years ago to get my rights taken away. We can sign our lives away and serve our country but we can’t buy a pack of cigarettes? Ridiculous.

Kids have been buying them for years now why should that have to have someone else go to the stuff for them like there 16 age there already depend on them an have for year

If we were already 18 buying the product we should still be able too.

this should happen because i have waited years to buy tobacco products and now they changed it and it’s not fair that i’m going to now have to wait years to buy it again, and sense i’m addicted i’m going to have to do it illegally or i’m going to have really bad withdraws.

If you’re old enough to die for your country your old enough to make other decisions for yourself as well!! I’m 2 years smoke free and I still believe in others rights!

I can have children and raise them but I can't smoke a cigarette. I can serve for my country but I can't smoke a cigarette. Makes zero sense
