Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I feel like this should actually happen it’s not fair to the individuals who were aloud to purchase it n now has that right token away

Since when did this country care about what goes into our bodies anyway?

If I can choose to serve my country at 18 years old I should be able to choose whether or not I want to smoke or chew or vape

I turn 21 in less than a year and I cant even buy a god damn lighter anymore without being 21. I'm so close to 21, amend this freaking bill!

How can you be legally charged as an adult drive a car/truck/etc.legally Serve for your country and possibly lose your life. But you cannot legally buy a pack of cigarettes

I am almost 20 years old, and I’ve been buying my cigarettes for almost 2 years now. With me having to stop buying my own cigarettes, it makes it very difficult. Regardless I’m still going to get my cigarettes but it’s still the point that I’ve been doing it for 2 years and now I have to stop. It’s ridiculous.

Ya changing the age to 21 is unfair, if you where 18 all year and smoking i believe you should still be able to smoke not just be forced to stop smoking out of no where because some little kids thinks its cool, they are still going to smoke anyways people can buy them cigs without being 18... If kids are caught smoking below age 18 dont punish us smokers, fine the parents maybe they will care.

Whoever was born from November 12th 2001 should be allowed to buy tobacco.

Whack to allow people 18-20 to buy any nicotine and tobacco products then cut them off like that

I think it’s awfully unfair that I’m 20 years old, perceived as an adult, act as an adult, I can join the military and pay taxes and I now get denied to buy tobacco. Thanks

There’s no reason why anyone who is 18 years or older shouldn’t buy smokes.

It makes no sense when we turn 18 we can fight for our country and given the right to smoke or chew and if we were 18 before the date they changed the age we should be grandfathered in being we had that right and you cant take that from us
