I am the mother with a child with autism. I remember having to deal with very fragmented services in NYC. That is why I moved (like many parents had to do) to Bergen Ct. NJ. When there is finally I wonderful program our kids always get the ax. Fight to the end. Our kids needs support and services best provided in setting that specialize in helping them be the best they can be.

Why are the most vulnerable and defenseless among us targeted when public funds are tight. TAX THE RICH ALREADY...Do a search on the Internet and you will find enough information to identify who they are, starting with Charles and David Koch, and the ridiculous things they do with their money, including using loopholes to avoid paying taxes in NY…..Here are just a few quotes from reliable sources like the New York Magazine and Forbes. "Among the 1 percent of American households with the highest income, 13 percent, live in the New York metropolitan area, with 4.4 percent living in Manhattan". Industrialist David Koch (No. 43) is listed as living in Wichita, Kansas, though he owns Jackie Kennedy’s former apartment on Fifth Avenue." "Really rich people tend to be smart enough not to designate high-tax New York as their primary residence, if they can avoid it. Good old Dennis Kozlowski lived in income-tax-free Florida, but installed his $6,000 shower curtain in Manhattan." “Several years ago, hedge-fund billionaire Bruce Kovner bought the International Center of Photography, a mansion on 94th Street and Fifth Avenue, and is now using it as a residence." TAX the Rich! TAX the Rich! Tax the Rich!!!!!!!
