I feel he should be allowed to work if he wants and can pass the required testing... if I was still working, I would have no problem working along side him and have as a partner. I feel if someone wants to still do the job and has the ability to, he should be allowed to continue working to protect the citizens of New York

Brian is a great example of what a New York State Troopers is. I would not hesitate to work with Tpr Buchanan at anytime. I support Tpr Buchanan return to full and strenuous duty 150%.

Division had a Trooper who was missing a leg, from the knee, down. Using a prosthesis, he was cleared for full and strenuous duty. Trooper Buchanan should be allowed to prove that he is physically able to perform his duties.
