Residents in Clark County are reporting significantly higher bills even though their usage habits have not changed. Some have even taken measures to use less energy, especially during peak times, and are still getting the highest bills they've ever seen. Others have reported that their meters are not even being read (no one is coming into the neighborhood). It has been virtually impossible to get someone on the phone from NV Energy to take complaints and address problems or questions.
