I have been a nurse for 45 years and a travel nurse since 2008. Having to jump through the hoops and pay for licensure for each state in which I desire to practice is intolerable.

I support joining the compact! With the new APRN compact this would significantly increase access to care for many Floridians by attracting APRNs to the state even if only for the seasonal population increases.

Why wouldn't we (Florida) want to become progressive? Does it take nurses leaving this state? We, as nurses, are part of a global employment fiasco, as it stand now. Florida needs to join the compact! We can attract so much more talent! Let's get with it.

I support Florida joining the Nurse Licensure Compact Agreement as I feel that move would impact our patients positively by having more professional resources. It is long over due. It is time to change and be part of the movement.

We desperately need to become a compact state. Many remote and telehealth jobs are available but the employers are always wanting nurses with compact state licenses

I would love to work in Florida but would not like the issues of obtaining a Florida nursing license.
