Please join me in my effort of showing support to CA AB 1436, or better known as the Nurse Practitioners Assembly bill authored by Assemblyman Ed Hernandez. This bill declares the intent to enact legislation related to the standards and certification of nurse practitioners. This bill would authorize nurse practitioners to provide care as they are educationally and clinically competent to perform. I firmly believe that this legislation will bring real autonomy to Nurse Practitioners and improve access to timely, high-quality health care.
