Why? Give me one good reason?! To minimise the lives of women?! To limit our choices?! To make it more expensive ?! To put successful nurses out of business and to remove freedom of choice ?! Stop it already

Outrageous. No logical reason to do this and such an impact on our business and loss of income. Why would you make a Dr sit in a clinic just to be able to stock medicine. Drs are needed elsewhere

This is taking away people’s choice’s, livelihood, and not to say wasting people hard earned money and time they have spent getting the qualifications they require to perform their work. Not to say manipulation of people rights.

I trust the nurses that look after me and my cosmetic treatments, requiring a dr on-site is unnecessary and will make treatments unobtainable due to the cost associated, this change would also see so many amazing businesses close down.

99% of my cosmetic treatments over the past 15 years have been performed by registered nurses, with a video consultation with doctor. Not once did I receive improper, uninformed or unsatisfactory treatment. Regardless of state and company, I have found all nurses to be professional and passionate about this field and have felt safe and well informed during my treatments. Passing this legislation of independently run nurse clinics would be a mistake and I believe would increase the rate of dangerous, unlawful cosmetic procedures, due to the high costs that doctor led practices would charge for services. Not to mention, wipe out an industry predominately operated by women.

This industry is full of nurse lead clinics and they practice at the same safety level, education and experience as that of doctor lead clinics. Please do not take nurses jobs away from them.

Nurses have spent many hours and thousands of dollars to be qualified to provide cosmetic injectable services. By preventing them from doing this you are taking away there lively hood

This is not the appropriate approach to improve patient safety, implementing this will destroy so many lives and waste the efforts of small business owners over many years

I believe with proper licensing and regulations, RN should be able hold and administer schedule 4 meds without a doctor present.
