The community of the NOLA Social Ride (NSR) does not condone physical or sexual violence of any kind. The ride is intended to be a safe and fun experience for all people. For many years, Kris O'Brien has posed both a sexual and physical threat towards other riders, especially women. We, the community, have tried several approaches to solving this problem including direct conversation and asking him to leave. None of these tactics have worked and the community standards remain unmet. Many people have stopped coming to the ride and many more feel uncomfortable with his presence.

Signed below are people who have been impacted or witnessed his abusive behavior and are calling for the removal of him from the ride indefinitely. As NSR is a community group, we are seeking to solve this problem in-house to support our riders. This petition is grounds for Kris’ removal from the ride.
