This is a petition for all those who believe and feel that City Governments (specifically North Salt Lake) should enforce city codes, ordinances, health issues, safety issues, liability issues and dangerous situations on vacant and delinquent properties. This group is aimed specifically at the vacant property at 112 E 350 N. This property has been vacant for over a decade now and has been delinquent for over two decades. The trees on the vacant property have caused a long history of property and utility damage over the years. The vacant property is negatively affecting property values. I know there are other properties in the city that need attention. Its time to put money, resources and time back into what made North Salt Lake the city that it is...Old North Salt Lake. If we can get enough attention drawn to these properties and issues then North Salt Lake will have do something about it.
