Pay them what they’re deserved! Without the faculty, the schools would be unable to complete any programs; they are the very foundations to the education being provided

The undue stress caused by the looming strike has been affecting us students and staff greatly. Many of my peers come from out of continent and have to sacrifice so much to attend here.
If staff aren't paid what they deserve and our education gets jeopardized, what was the point of opening the school?

Instructors and support staff being overworked, underpaid, and burnt out doesn't bode well for receiving a positive educational experience. We, the students, want fair wages and working conditions for our instructors and professional staff!

Everyone deserves a fair wage and appropriate working conditions. Especially during times of increased inflation. Anything less is a pay cut.

The students appreciate our faculty, if only the college did as well.

As a student who could graduate this year and is in their second year of course that was meant to be 1 year (I was sick with covid a week prior to my clinical) I want to graduate this year, not next, this year! This is completely unfair to everyone

Our teachers are dedicated to quality education, providing work experience, and helping us make connections to our respective industries, an opportunity that not all institutions offer. I stand by my teachers!

I chose this institution because of the work term and the reputation that the Human Resources management program has. Please stop the strike and give the faculty and support staff what they require to do their job properly.
