On the 2nd of may 2010 in Commercial Street, Northampton, ************ punched * women in the face in an altercation, all of which required treatment for injuries. He also punched another girl in the face in an unprovoked attack, she was waiting for a taxi home after a night out. He received ** months ****************************************** for the new year. On the 15th of November 2011, it was put forward by a member of pubwatch on behalf of the Pubwatch members that the offender should be put on some form of Pubwatch ban as he should not be entering any licenced premises. Neil Bartholomey as the chairman of Pubwatch subsequently refused to allow members to vote on this & wanted to throw out the application for a ban. After some heated debating, it was differed until the 3rd of January 2012 where another decision would be made once more information was found out. Neil approached ***** at the end of the night & proceeded to inform him that if he wanted the decision overturned he would have to prove that the majority of Pubwatch members agreed that a vote should take place to decide if the offender should be placed on a ban. As this is a community forum, paid for by the members, the members should be allowed to vote for decisions & not have decisions made for them by one person. If you agree that either; a, a vote should be made b, the offender should be placed on a ban Then please sign this petition.

Please be aware that we are voting on the collective decision that this person is either desirable or undesirable to have in our premises due to a incident and or previous history.

Thanks
