Rezoned density will devalue all surrounding homes.
Density will set a precedent for future development.
Traffic - we have not yet seen the impact from Kyle Farm (208 homes) on Lost Mt Rd At Corner Rd.
Promoted as a 55 and over community, but no enforcement to keep it that way. It may just become cheap housing and an alternative to a condo or apartment.

We believe the density of homes to common areas are too high. That number of homes constructed should be 10-15 less than currently planned.

This area is already built out enough. Traffic is horrible and Kyle farm is already going in with 200 houses. To add this many more houses to the same intersection is irresponsible.The proposal is for 55 and over not a retirement home. These people are still in the workforce and are active. It will create a huge amount of additional traffic.

The infrastructure surrounding this proposed high density housing project is already maxed out. With the additional 200+ homes in Kyle Farms, we are going to see 400+ more cars added to the already congested roads during rush hour(s). I understand that the current owners want to sell the property, which is their right. Please consider an alternative use, i.e., purchasing this land as Green Space in Cobb so the current residents have a convenient park area to enjoy.

No more rezoning Z75. Please listen tho the people who live here and already have to deal with the traffic. Paulding County has plenty of land they can build their so called retirement community.

I'm in the echo mill Subdivsion and it is absolutely insane to add that much H housing to an unknown traffic situation next to Kemp. Obviously you aren't listening to the will of the people by already approving the project to move forward. Sounds like government business as usual...sure hope you folks reconsider.

I strongly encourage the council to reject this proposal. It potentially threatens the strength and soundness of the Echo Mill community and introduces unwanted volume drains on our local resources. There is absolutely no benefit to the surrounding communities to introduce a small development built into a small parcel of land that will lead to further deterioration of natural landscape and overcrowding of schools and roads in an already densely populated area.
