Just say NO to more profits to developers while they bear ZERO cost to widen the roads that are already hopelessly overloaded with rush hours (3) traffic. If they want to build high density homes, that's fine, but first, make them build high density roads so they don't take the profit on the houses and run, leaving us with the additional wait times, carbon emmissions and gasoline expense in their wake!

No, no, and no. Before anyone agrees to this for any reason, attempt to head north on Lost Mountain Rd between Macland and Dallas highway between the hours of 5 and 7PM. If Windsong would like to widen Lost Mountain Rd by one lane in each direction between Dallas Highway and Macland, by all means, approve it. Unless they are willing to pay to have that done, No, no and no.

I am opposed to z-75 zoning for rsl at lost mountain and corner road. It should be developed similar to Kyle farms across the road. By the way, more seniors own their homes than the board has been led to believe. I and my husband are over 70 years old and own our home in the area. Even though seniors are increasing due to good health, Moore also retaining their homes.

Zoning should stay as it is for the many reasons stated by many people. All of us should get together to sue county if this zoning is approved the balance of land next to site will go next

This land should be used as green space or for a school.

This rezoning was rejected by the zoning staff and should not even be coming up before the Board of Commissioners.

The zoning being requested by Windsong Properties is completely out of line with the area and the future land use plan for West Cobb.

I completely oppose this development as this will add to a very bad congestion to the Coner Rd and the surrounding area.

Windsong has one property on Stilesboro Rd, wants another one right next door to it and is proposing how many more? Maybe Cobb County should change its name to Windsong County. Enough Already.

Do not like the plans. Would like to see bigger housing. Not the potential for low income. Shoe box home piled on top. Will cause a lot of in needed extra traffic.

I object on the grounds of safety (the elementary school is across the street) due to the added traffic, added traffic in general and the number of homes planned for in this development.

Current traffic congestion is bad enough. We certainly don't need the additional traffic generated by this high density development.

Stop this new subdivision from moving forward. We do not want another one in our neighborhood.

This re-zoning will not be good for traffic on Corner Road and the already congested Lost Mountain Road!
