No revision to the original zoning. Enough already with developers using bait and switch to drive their revenues up. NO!

There is already more traffic than the roads can handle. Until the roads are improved there should not be any more building in this area.

Roads cant handle the existing traffic. They tried to sell the Kyle Farms land for years but no one wanted to buy due to price. Now after they overpaid, they cant build down to a profitable level, so only other choice is a re-zoning. If I overpaid as an early home buyer in Kyle, I would be upset.

Approving this would negatively impact our quality of life in the area - infrastructure is not ready for this density.

West Cobb is growing faster than the schools can keep up with. And traffic on Lost Mountain Rd is at a standstill 6 hours a day

This new zoning makes no common sense. As a senior citizen, myself, this does not meet any standard or requirement that I would choose to live under. The design does not meet current existing standards for senior developments in Cobb County. I see it it simply as a ploy to increase profit. Please do not be duped by a blatant disregard for our zoning laws.

Please stick to the original development plan. The Lost Mountain Rd/Dallas Hwy intersection is impossible to navigate as it is & this will complicate matters even more.

Don’t put the cart before the horse. Infrastructure is not ready for the rate of growth in west cobb. This type of rezoning is exactly what west cobb DOES NOT NEED! Try driving in East Cobb at ANY time of day....that’s what we will become. PLEASE PUT WEST COBB RESIDENTS INTERESTS BEFORE POLITICAL/MONEY INTERESTS. YOU WORK FOR US.
