My son is multi handicap & requires help with all daily living skills. Please protect the most vulnerable in our community . I am getting older. This waiver will allow my son support when I am no longer able to support him.

Give these families what they need. None of these families should have to sign a Peterson to get funding. If anybody deserves funding, these special made people do. Get your priorities in order Georgia!

As my autistic daughter reaches adulthood, she too will be in need of a waiver. Waivers make it possible for a FAMILY to continue working, providing, and not succumbing to caregiver burnout and medical problems. Waivers about supporting not only the individual with disabilities, but making it possible for those closest to them to weave the web of care necessary to keep everyone physically, economically, and mentally afloat.
