The water balloon pieces are left all over the ground for little kids and animals to eat up. They should be banned, unless adult caretakers can be made responsible for cleaning up after the messes.

Water balloons in parks kill animals and present a serious danger to small children should they pick up the used and or broken pieces. It’s not worth it and it’s a mess. It’s also almost impossible to clean up every piece after they are thrown- even the most diligent, conscientious person would not be able to to do so. Let’s keep our parks safe for everyone!

Today I saw balloons all over the park. That is littering. That will not only clog, that will kill wildlife and eventually end in the ocean. ENOUGH being selfish

My toddler found a piece in her mouth at the playground yesterday. Parents are so careless leaving this rubber trash everywhere for kids to find.
This should've been done years ago.
