The plans for intervention have been officially scrapped. I am overwhelmed knowing that we stopped this disaster before it could take more innocent lives. We must stay alert to ensure they do not try to find another way back in.
Sign this petition against military intervention in Syria.
SAY NO TO OBAMA and any US aggression aimed at Syria,it's Government and it's people. The US has repeatedly and intentionally deceived us and lied to us. We have seen this occur in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan and we should not let history repeat itself.
This is a proxy war aimed to destabilize Syria and the Middle East. We all need to stand together and say NO once and for all.
I have spent my nights reading your messages and the stories you share about the consequences of past conflicts remain deeply painful. We must refuse to let this pattern continue while the drums of war beat louder than ever.

Seeing this level of momentum reminds me of the scars left behind by past conflicts that our leaders refuse to acknowledge. I am genuinely moved to see so many of you refusing to let history repeat itself.

Haven't we learned anything from the last 10 years? Enough is enough. Keep the troops home.

This is just Iraq part two. When will the government stop falling for the same lies? Sick of my taxes going to fund this.

The US has no business being in Syria. Focus on fixing our problems here instead of causing more messes abroad.

NO MORE WAR. My brother just got back from his last deployment and the thought of sending more people over there makes me sick.
