The plans for intervention have been officially scrapped. I am overwhelmed knowing that we stopped this disaster before it could take more innocent lives. We must stay alert to ensure they do not try to find another way back in.

Dont do it obama stay out of syria!!!!
This is just Iraq part two. When will the government stop falling for the same lies? Sick of my taxes going to fund this.
The US has no business being in Syria. Focus on fixing our problems here instead of causing more messes abroad.
NO MORE WAR. My brother just got back from his last deployment and the thought of sending more people over there makes me sick.
Leave them alone let them figgure it out themselves. Tired of being the world police.
