NOUN Law Graduates reject strange conditions for admission into Nigerian Law School except as applied to other home-based NUC-accredited universities.

Members of this country should respect their own laws, because we don't have another law outside this country that will guard us. This can't happen in the western world were some of the office holders acquired their degree.

This is discrimination. All graduates use the same curriculum, so why the discrimination? Obviously, many students from the so-called conventional universities cannot graduate from NOUN. Most of their libraries are outdated.

I joined my voice to call the CLE and NLS to do the needful. We are longing to contribute our quota to our Legal system.

Undue delay of our destiny by NLS AND CLE. And Discrimination against NOUN LAW GRADUATE. We demand justice, that we school in Nigeria and we study Nigeria Legal system, Nigeria Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Nigeria Legal method Commercial Law etc, as citizen. Why this discrimination against us. National Open University of Nigeria is Federal Government institution where we graduate from, then what is our fault? For this unjustly delay and discrimination. We need to get our admission into Nigeria Law school Bar 2. Or Nigeria Law school and CLE should be proscribed for discriminating against Nigeria Citizen and admitting foreign students, student from Private Universities and State Universities but rejects student from Federal University such as NOUN

The NOUN law graduates have been subjected to varying degrees of discrimination and negligence from all government authorities saddled with the onus of facilitating our admission admission into the Bar Part II program at the Nigerian Law School, NLS. It is time for the Federal Government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to give direct orders to see that this injustice and discrimination is put to stop.

Enough of this discrimination and unnecessary delay of people destiny

The Injustice against Noun Law graduates should come to an end

Thank God for answered prayers. NOUN Law Graduates (NLG) have been successful at their Bar Part 2 examinations. Badging both First Class, Second Class and Passes at the Bar Final Examinations. While over 200 we're called-to-bar in July 2025, another sets of the NOUN Law Graduates have been called-to-bar today 23rf September 2025. Before the end of this week, many others would be called also. By January 2026, the remainder of those who passed through the Bar Part 1 (Special Remedial Program) would be called-to-bar. Our sincere gratitude to God and to the Council for Legal Education who found them worthy in character, learning and mental stability for their enrollment into the Supreme Court of Nigeria as both Barristers and Solicitors of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We hereby petition the Almighty God, the Federal Government of Nigeria, the BOB, the CLE and the Nigerian Law School for the completion of these most important humane evolution, educational development and the onerous mission of overseeing the successful admission of these young law graduates into the Nigerian Law School. Enough of CLE gimmicks

This is a gross injustice. I am better off as a noun law graduate than those in home based universities yet I am not in law school. Why? I won't take any SRP. I sign this petition with anger.

NOUN Law graduates are intellectually patterned and structured for effective and efficient Legal research work. We cannot be any less if we are brought together with other Nigerian University Law graduates. Let the discrimination, oppression, hardship being occasioned against us come to absolute end now. I stand with other NOUN Law graduates to say let justice be done now!

NOUN Law graduates should no longer be discriminated against in our own country Nigeria. Discrimination is not supported by the Constitution of the FRN 1999 as amended

The Nigeria Law School is the right of NOUN Law Graduates.
