Recently I had one of my outdoor cats go missing. He was found 15 hours later, bleeding and locked in a neighbours cage. He had wandered into the cage accidentally, and it had closed on him. I phoned the local SPCA to have the cage removed, before another animal got caught, or worse...a small CHILD. I was informed this is completely legal to have on private residences. There are no stipulations on having a fence around the trap, or anything else. This practice is completely dangerous, and needs to be stopped. Lets leave wildlife removal to the professionals!
