There was recently a new school rule put into effect at William H. Ruffner Academy, in Norfolk, Virginia. This new rule states that no student is allowed to make any physical contact with another student, teacher or other staff member inside or on school property. Students are outraged at this new "No Touch" rule. We can now get written up for a simple Hi-five. By signing this petition, I hereby stand against the unjustness of this rule and say it should be removed
