Reports today say Minister John Gormley has ordered a stronger enforcement of the law requiring drivers of commercial vehicles to legally declare the vehicle is for work purposes only. The minister has asked local authorities to ensure owners of commercial vehicles sign a document in Garda stations saying they won't use their car or van for private use. It follows an increase in the number of vehicles swithcing from the private to the lower-rate commercial motor tax. WE ALL NEED TO MAKE A STAND AND SHOW THIS GOVERNMENT WE CANNOT AFFORD THIS AS WELL AS HAVING PRIVATE VEHICLES, WE WANT TO STAGE A PROTEST IN EVERY COUNTY SO IF U ARE WILLING THEN PLEASE POST ON THE WALL OR ON THE DISCUSSION BOARD!!
