The confusion this unnecessary rebranding creates for new listeners is precisely why I started this. I am still hearing from people across the industry who feel just as frustrated by this push to replace a term that already works perfectly.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one frustrated by the unnecessary confusion being forced upon our community. This momentum proves that we value the history of the medium more than a rebranding attempt that ignores the reality of the industry.

Ridiculous to try and rebrand a whole industry just cuz you want to feel special. Stop the netcast nonsense
I have been listening for years and this is just vanity. No one asked for a new name.
Leo needs to get over himself. He is just making it harder for people to find content by confusing the terms. We are sticking with podcasts.
Podcast is the standard. Everyone already knows what it means. Dont try to fix what isnt broken
