I've signed this to voice my opinion that this would be yet another step backwards in the production of young, English, Rugby League talent.

I just cannot see any benefit to the young talent. If it isn't there now how is joining the two together going to make super talented players. Is it going to be some sort of selling club, bring them on then sell them on. Well in my opinion great rugby players are born not made and it will not work.
