As a supporter of one of the teams that voted in favour, I want to state that I'm 100% against this proposal and it goes completely against all merits of sporting integrity.

This would be the thin end of the wedge as the OF won’t stop at this. What happens if the colts teams finish 1st and 2nd or just 1st as is quite likely? Does the first LL team in league advance to play off or is that waived for a further year.
This is also a complete sell out to the feeder league clubs who also aspire to attain SPFL status.
