As members of the Margil Farms neighborhood, the undersigned voice our objection to current enforcement of compliance procedures. This includes frequency of delivery and extreme interpretation of requirements of the community and lack of due diligence in follow up on citations on the part of the HOA representatives. We request it be on record that those named below believe the current conditions being created by new HOA practices cause division in this community and must be addressed by the board.
