No. 205-55-025B (500 N. Avenida Venado). I oppose the use of Pima County Assessor Parcel No. 205-55-025B for short term rentals (motel).

The short-term rental of residential property is not a use that appears in this neighborhood or within one mile of this property and is incompatible with the land uses currently within the neighborhood. Short-term rentals decrease the safety and property values of the neighborhood, increase the traffic burden on the street system of the neighborhood and compromise efforts to comply with goals outlined in the Buffer Overlay Ordinance by retaining only low impact residential activities in the area around the Saguaro National Park.
