As Mosman Park residents on or near Glyde Street, we oppose the application for Tsunami to be granted a "Tavern" liquor license. If such a license were to go ahead we believe this would result in significant social disturbance and annoyance to our community. In general the proposal will result in extreme levels of annoying noise.

1. There is limited parking currently in this area of Mosman Park. As such, guests at the tavern are likely to end up parking in various parts of the suburb and therefore will increase the amount of noise in the suburb late at night when they return to their cars parked somewhere near residences.
2. Tavern guests leaving the venue late at night can be expected to make significant amounts of noise on the corner of Glyde Street and Ecclesbourne Ave. 3. The current level of disturbing noise from Tsunami's bin-collections will only increase, in particular
