Unbelievable. 15% increase? This is not zero cost and a salary increase of 15% means it’s permanent and next years “bonus” is made larger. We get how it works.

Ridiculous. Merit bonuses should never be rolled into base salary AND most people are LUCKY to get a 3% cost of living increase each year. This proposal is especially concerning given the ranking of the Randolph School District among other high schools in NJ. Pay for performance!

An attempt to receive unearned pay without merit speaks volumes.

Given the times we are in with residents of Randolph out of work, helping senior relatives and keeping our families safe and sane, this increase is both not called for. Ir necessary
It is outrageous

It is insane to believe a volunteer BOE would give her a raise when she has sabotaged the district with her moves that force resignations if they do not yes her to death.
