I do not want any zoning change, nor animal kennel in or around Julington Creek Plantation properties. Furthermore, this overdevelopment of our area undermines the very reason for moving to Saint Johns.

How about polling the people affected by these businesses before agreeing to them. All of what makes are area special is disappearing.

We live in Sawmille Point and do not believe this is a good idea. The potential for their to be disruptive noise is too great for our community. Once it is here we cant take it back. Do not ruin a good neighborhood with unnecessary loudness!
