We the undersigned ask you to take action against non-custodial parents receiving court ordered visitation when they willfully refuse to pay their court ordered support. We do not accept this kind of system in which one party is forced to release their child/children into the care of another party who is not fulfilling their court ordered obligations. We believe it is not lawful to hold one party strictly to a court order while not holding the other party to the same standards. It is for this reason I am urging Ohio to reevaluate this matter.
