We, the undersigned, wish to register our objection to the "Notice Of Decision" with respect to An Official Plan amendment Subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act, Amendment No. 71, Dated December 15, 2008 to permit the development of a 21 storey, 186 unit condo building, known as Strata Condos, to be located at 551 and 569 Maple Avenue, Burlington, Ontario, with a density of 321 units per hectare, for the following reasons: Regardless of the "Places to Grow" plan, as well as the Provincial Policy Statement, we believe that the size, height and density of the building is excessive.
