Chelsea King was found dead today, Killed by a man that has attacked before and not just her it has been many others. Once a sex offender always one. We should not allow them to walk around the streets just because they are on a list doesnt mean they cant attack of kill. Lets make them stay in jail, kill or put on house arrest forever
