The safety of the community needs to come first. They say location, location, location...well the proposed site is a poorly thought out idea, a terrible location. To have multiple subdivisions within the evacuation zone, as well as schools...this should not be allowed. The gain of a few at the expense of many. Give the residents of Severance a voice!

This is the wrong way to go! We need investment in renewables!

This would ruin the town of Severance and hurt it more then it would ever help it.

The suite is too close to residentual homes. Also it would impact traffic throuugh Severance. County road 23 and 74 was not designed for constant heavy indu

The town of Severance risks seriously damaging its future entertaining proposals such as this. To allow an industrial complex in the heart of town is likely to kill the town at the root. I oppose this venture.

There are too many other places, within miles of any homes or towns where something like this can be constructed. This has no place in Severance near our homes.

Scott Paulson was in my store tonight sharing his views on the gas plant. I have to say I agree with him and have no desire to have that of plant in my back yard.

There has got to be somewhere for this plant that would not be so close to residential areas.

I am 100% apposed to the subject proposal allowing a heavy industrial park located so close to an upscale subdivision (Baldridge). Looking over the proposal the presentation is no more than a smoke screen. Having worked in a gasification plant I know the sound, smell and what takes place after dark. Yhank you and I will be at the September meeting.
