Severance is not an industrial park! Not within city limits

Not sure why they pick the location so close to subdivisions. I live in Severance for the peace & quiet, not an industrial area.

Keep Severance safe. Keep Severance small. Keep Severance community based rather than corporation based.

We moved to Severance because it is a quite residential community. There are other areas in Windsor or near Hwy 34 that would be better suited for this type of development.

The location is the issue! Why right near the heart of the town? Doesn't the town have land annexed way out north they can use?

we want to keep Severance a housing community not an industrial town.

We're building in Severance because it's a quite little town. I Don't want to see or hear any industrial business in my quite community.

As a resident in baldridge subdivision I do not want major industry right next door to what now is a nice quite neighborhood. I see no gain for the town people only gain for a few financially.

Its in the middle of town. It will ruin the town.

Please keep the noise, air pollution, and danger out of town limits. Why not build away from population centers?

What on earth?! Why would this even be happening??

Families do not move to Severance to live next to a gas plant. A ridiculous proposal.

This is not something I want in my backyard, or anywhere near housing, subdivisions, schools, parks. I believe there are better, more isolated places to develop this.

Too dangerous and too close to town. I welcome commercial and light industrial development, but there is no place for this plant here.
