Additional train services are definitely needed at Norwood Junction.

This would be such a simple cheap fix to multiple wider issues - reducing overcrowding on London Bridge services, on the Northern line (as the only way to access it is via London Bridge), ensuring that visitors to the new crystal palace development can easily make the trip, the train already passed by Norwood and there are plenty of platforms, and it would reduce commuting times to North London significantly. Worth thinking about if East Croydon will shortly be affected by Westfield development as commuters could transfer to Norwood junction. Please consider this as a serious option.

The fact that the train carriages are currently at full capacity will not stop more people cramming on. I can longer get a train from Norwood Junction as I am small and have been dangerously crushed too many times. My commute is now double what it should be. This would be a godsend and hopefully prevent a nasty accident, which is waiting to happen.

This would make a significant improvement to my quality of life. Currently spend 3 hours a day commuting, this would reduce it to 2 hours
