Norwood Junction is ideally placed in the South East to accommodate Thameslink. It was very good transport links to East and West Croydon, Crystal Palace, West Norwood and Brixton but also Beckingham, Penge and Bromley.
The area is in need of regeneration and is increasingly the choice of neighbourhood for young families.

This area is prime for development and transport links will only speed this up. Addict ally, the station is modern and able to cope with additional commuters as seems in the YOY rise and no negative effect to stations

South Norwood residents would benefit hugely from Thameslink — increase commute options for work, help regenerate Portland Road area, encourage businesses to set up here, bring the area into parity with adjacent areas for transport.

Norwood jnc requires much needed improvements. Better train links will bring more interest in the area. Look what happened at Brockley stn. It now has disabled access with a lift!

Norwood is an area that requires urgent regeneration given its proximity to Crystal Palace, Beckenham; East Croydon and London Bridge. It will ease the congestion in central london and help revive a under resourced area.
