As a South Norwood resident I think this is a fantastic proposition! Giving the fact the trains already pass through the station, it's a simple fix to a big issue. Well done on helping to push this through.

The fast train to London Bridge is superb from this station and with a fast train to Kings Cross this area would be perfectly connected to London. I had to move here from Peckham due to rising house/rental prices and this would help many people in my situation who had to do the same and make the extra cost of the 1-4 travelcard worthwhile!

As a northerner stranded in south London this would be amazing and well used by me!! I frequently have to travel north for work and currently getting through London is a complete nightmare.

It's so obvious I used to presume it already stopped there. Links to Overground and a huge catchment for NJ station (SE25 plus parts of CR7, CR0, BR3, SE20, SE19.) make the case quite clearly.

Great idea, fully support this!
It also improves connections for people coming in to town on Thameslink, if they want to get on the Overground to the various increasingly popular destinations along the eastern side of London - and makes things better for everyone 1 or 2 stops from Norwood Junction -- Anerley, West Croydon, Penge, Crystal Palace etc.

Soo annoying having to go to East Croydon to catch the Thameslink; for it to pass through Norwood Junction, where I started my journey!!
